Katrina Jacobs (nee Katrina Freeman) was awarded a Bachelor of Social Science in 2000 from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) in 2002. Upon completion of her degree she was admitted as a practitioner in July 2002.
Katrina started work as a law clerk for Doman Lawyers back in 2000, and has been there ever since, continuing through the merger with SCL Andreyev in November 2010. Over the years, Katrina has been involved in a wide variety of legal practice including complex commercial litigation, family law settlements, contractual advice, Estate litigation, industrial law, traffic law and negligence claims. Katrina was promoted to Senior Associate in February 2008.
Katrina’s main focus in recent years has been in Wills & Complex Estate Planning. Having prepared Wills for over 200 clients and presented numerous seminars on the topic, she brings substantial specialised knowledge and expertise to the role in a friendly and approachable way.
Katrina speaks near fluent French and outside of work enjoys playing volleyball, piano, and cello. She also has a passion for tennis and is currently President of Burnside Tennis Club.
